EXCELLENCE in GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIP & SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Begins: 12/31/2015 08:00 AM
Ends: 12/31/2015 11:00 PM
We invite you to join the Excellence in Government Partnership Program if you are a leader in government. You are qualified to participate by having:
- A passion for customer-centered excellence
- The ability to introduce a game-changing experience to your leadership
- The desire to adopt leading edge 21st century Knowledge Age practices (avoiding the force-fit of manufacturing-based concepts into government)
- A mission to rapidly improve performance with less complexity, cost and time
- The objective of inspiring and equipping your change leaders to excel
There is little or no cost or effort on your part (hard to believe, but true). This program has been created because we feel strongly that good government everywhere should have access to the very best practices. You get four elements:
- Two paradigm changing and highly practical workshops conducted back-to-back, described in detail in documents at the right:
- “Achieving 8 Dimensions of Excellence in Government: How to align strategy, service and measures with constituent priorities” (8D).
- “The 12 Voices of the Customer: How to uncover, translate, balance, measure and design what constituents want” (12V)
- A turnkey program where IMT does 90% of the administrative and logistics work and 50-100 participants get a top-rated program at very little cost
- A self-funded Excellence in Government Scholarship of up to $12,000 that you can award to participating agency personnel for related training/deployment
- A world-class speaker and best-selling author, Robin Lawton, who has achieved outstanding results in government at all levels, as well as within many industries
The Director of the Missouri Dept. of Revenue had every reason to say “I’ve never experienced a program with a higher return on investment of time and money. This is also the most clear and direct method of quality improvement I have found.” His agency saved over $20 million, jumped from a rank of 25th to #1 in performance and was the first state agency to win the Baldrige Award- all in only two years. If this kind of result only happened once, you’d be tempted to say it was just a fluke. But it’s happened with other government agencies again and again.
My hope is that you will want to learn, share and leverage that knowledge. If you do, please review the documents at the right or just call me for more Program details or in having Mr. Lawton provide a keynote address on a related topic at your next important leadership event.
