International Management Technologies, Inc. is a management consulting firm specializing in customer-centered cultural change. This includes strategic planning, performance measurement, customer satisfaction, innovation, product design and service quality. Our C3 concepts are the foundation under everything we do.

Our clients tell us it is often easier for them to secure training rather than consulting. They have historically requested that we package our consulting services as discrete workshops whenever possible. Their desire is to learn to fish, not be given one. IMT has developed a bias for packaging of our services as workshops as a purchasing convenience for our customers. But we are nothing if not flexible. We will organize your project as consulting or workshops, as you prefer. Training key individuals in your organization does make the project's success self-sustaining.

When You Invest. Whether you want a strategic plan, a balanced performance measurement system, or a culture better focused on customers, there is a cost. The question is: what will be the benefit? Any investment made without an expected (or experienced) return can be an expensive proposition. IMT's unique methodology assures you a return of at least 5-to-1 on your investment within 18 months with our "full deployment" proposals. Many clients have done significantly better than this.
